Parker Boutique Return & exchange policy? How does it work?

Parker Boutique 15-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Parkers Boutique website (https://parkersboutique.com/). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from parker's boutique website.
  3. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your parker boutique account.
  4. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you.
  5. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Parkers boutique?

i If you Receive any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the Parkers boutique Website.

Follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–

  1. You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.  

How do I return products purchased from ? 

  1. Click on 'Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the parkers boutique Website following the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.
  2. Please note, if the mode of payment for the order was Cash on Delivery, you have the option to get the money refunded to a bank account of your choice or take the refund as Parkers boutique store credits for future purchases with us.
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at christina.parker@parkersboutique.com.  
  4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
